Training

We offer training on a variety of topics, examples below.  Courses are delivered both on an open basis, and in-house.  In-house events can be arranged as off the peg packages, or tailored to the specific needs of the commissioning organisation.

Facilitation

Facilitation of team or service development activities that assist in achieving consensus about mission, vision, and values; build understanding and deal constructively with difference; develop shared understandings of challenges and ways to meet them; address resistance to change,  and develop strategies to accelerate adaptation.

Research and consultancy

Research and consultancy on public service issues using NLP modelling methodology to explore and distil the difference that makes the difference underpinning what works, identify solutions ways forward, and disseminate skills and approaches.
